Workshops

The 'Craft your way to Mindfulness' course brings you 4-weeks of fun, creative workshops in Eindhoven,

designed to give you the opportunity to take a pause, experience calm and practice being kinder to yourself.

"Giving myself the time and space to practice being mindful - that's lovely."

What we'll do

Each week, you'll learn a new principle of mindfulness and be given a fun craft activity to help practice it.

We start at the very beginning, breaking down the practice of mindfulness into simple steps that are easy to understand and realistic to implement.

May is there to help guide you and answer your questions and I've designed a series of beautiful craft exercises to enjoy and help you learn. We'll provide all the tools and materials, just turn up and enjoy.

Why mindfulness?

Practicing mindfulness has a multitude of benefits:

  • It can help brains that never turn off to experience calm.

  • When you struggle with (self-)critical thoughts, it can help you catch them and halt the spiral before it turns into catastrophizing and be kinder to yourself.

  • When daily stresses make you react impulsively it supports you to pause and make more considered responses.

  • It's even been linked to improved sleep, focus and attention.

Why crafts?

Art and crafts are a perfect activity to practice mindfulness as they give you a focus in the present moment to pay attention to.

They allow you to immediately implement what you've learnt, notice what comes up and ask your questions.

With as little as a pen and paper, you can re-create the opportunity for a mindful moment for yourself at home.

Plus its fun to make and paint!!
