UNICORN RAINBOW CUPCAKE CLASS

In this class you will learn to create cute unicorns and rainbows which you will use to decorate a set of 6 cupcakes. It may look intimidating, but this class is actually perfect for beginners. A fun and relaxing day for yourself!

During the class you will learn:

  • To make 3 different unicorn designs and a rainbow.

  • How to make a perfect unicorn horn

  • How to make a neat rainbow

  • When to use different types of sugar paste

  • Use of cutters, smoothers and hand modelling techniques. 

  • How to make flat and domed cake toppers

  • Simple techniques for making decorative bases for your designs.

You will take away a set of 6 unicorn rainbow themed cupcakes and leave with the confidence to make your own cute unicorns for decorating cupcakes, cakes or cookies at home.
