Frequently asked questions

What should I wear to my class?

I recommend comfortable clothing and flat, closed-toe, non-slip shoes. If you have an apron then it’s a good idea to bring it along to protect your clothes. Long hair should be tied back. Don't wear dark fluffly clothing as the fibers will make their way into your work.

What should I bring to my class? Do I need to buy equipment?

Just bring yourself, an apron and a smile. All course materials and equipment will be provided for the duration of the class. Everything must be returned at the end of your class. You will be provided with a box to take your cupcakes home. You may wish to bring a bag to carry your box in.

Can I take photos and film in class?

You are welcome to take photos during the class but please don't film. If you post your photos to social media, do tag me! @KMcakesEindhoven

Will there be a break?

Yes. During the break, coffee and tea plus a sweet snack will be provided.

How many other students will be in my class?

I want to offer you the attention you need to really master the techniques you will be learning, so the maximum number of students is 6. The course will go ahead when at least 4 students have signed up.

What time should I arrive?

Please arrive 10-15 minutes before the start of the class so you can relax and enjoy a cup of tea or coffee and so we can start on time.

I want to learn something specific, do you offer private classes?

Yes. If you want to learn something specific I can design a 1:1 course especically for you. For more information click here: 1 to 1 custom class
